Hangman's Secret Cove was an addon that was release by Galacticomm before being sold to Metropolis.
It is available here for Major BBS 6.25, Worldgroup 2.0, and Worldgroup 3.xx NT/95.
The source codes are offered free on my github repository for no charge.
