from what i see in ARCREG.H message number 39 is CHKAGE which from ARCREG.MSG looks ok.
at least form the message file side of thiings, i will look inside the code where it is called.

i havent repeated it yet but i have been doing some things in my new tele-arena engine to make use of it as a "character profile" and will be digging into the code more.
