people that are masters of alchemy and have become quite adept utilizing
their short size to their advantage.

    Regular weapon attacks will never miss and cannot be dodged
    Single target combat spell kills cause attack rest to reset
    Higher chance to dodge normal attacks
    Potions give double effects and have a chance not to consume a use
    Controlled beasts and creatures will attack twice per round
