It looks like dobuza doesnt show poison damage and if they die by it you dont get loot and no exp visually by saying like it does per hit.

something that is being rectified in 3.50, poison will be tracked on the enemy and if it dies by your
poison you will get kill credit. poisoning spells are their own type in 3.50 as are life drain, mana
funnel, and armor draining spells.
