Is the White Rune implemented in the game? I came accross this past the Electrum door below the Mystic Keepers.

You're standing on a marble platform suspended high in the air by golden chains
that glisten with mystical energies and up in the air some form of beast can be
seen encased in a large block of ice that seems to give off no cold and just
sits there suspended by an unseen force.
